Description

Deliciously chewy cookies with creamy white chocolate chips and tart dried cranberries, perfect for festive occasions or a cozy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla to the butter mixture and beat until smooth.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  7. Scoop dough by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets. Chill the dough for 15 to 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
  8. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days.
