Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh tomatoes, cut into wedges or halves
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, torn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes and cucumbers; cut the tomatoes and slice the cucumbers.
- Add fresh mozzarella to the bowl.
- Toss together tomatoes, cucumbers, and mozzarella gently.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss again.
- Garnish with torn basil leaves.
Notes
For added flavor, chill the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
