Description

A refreshing salad featuring juicy tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, and creamy mozzarella, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh tomatoes, cut into wedges or halves
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, torn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cucumbers; cut the tomatoes and slice the cucumbers.
  2. Add fresh mozzarella to the bowl.
  3. Toss together tomatoes, cucumbers, and mozzarella gently.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss again.
  5. Garnish with torn basil leaves.

Notes

For added flavor, chill the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
