Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and any additional spices.
- Gently fold in the green chilis until evenly distributed.
