Description

A delightful mix of apple pie and cinnamon rolls, bringing cozy flavors with every gooey bite.


Ingredients

  • Cinnamon Rolls
  • 3 Apples (Granny Smith, Fuji, or Honeycrisp)
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp Butter (unsalted)
  • Icing (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Cut each cinnamon roll into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Chop the apples into small chunks.
  5. In a bowl, mix the chopped apples with brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  6. Spread half of the cinnamon roll pieces in the greased dish.
  7. Add the apple mixture on top, then layer with the remaining cinnamon roll pieces.
  8. Melt the butter and drizzle over the top layer.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Allow to cool, then drizzle with icing if desired.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
