Description

Delicious strawberry cheesecake chunks with a crunchy graham cracker topping, perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry Puree
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • Sprinkles, optional


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form the crust.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the strawberry puree and gently fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are set. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Mix additional graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkles for the topping. Sprinkle over the set cheesecake.
  5. Cut into chunks and serve when ready to enjoy!
