- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Strawberry Puree
- 1 cup Whipped Topping
- 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- Sprinkles, optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form the crust.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the strawberry puree and gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are set. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Mix additional graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkles for the topping. Sprinkle over the set cheesecake.
- Cut into chunks and serve when ready to enjoy!
