Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a big bowl, cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add in your eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Gradually add all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined but avoid overmixing.
  4. Gently fold in fresh strawberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix more flour, sugar, and some butter until it forms a crumbly texture.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
