- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1-2 pinches cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Dash of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and thoroughly dry the chickpeas.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the dried chickpeas in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying.
