- Lasagna noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook shrimp seasoned with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix ricotta, spinach, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of salt in a bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of cream in a baking dish, followed by three noodles.
- Layer half the seafood mixture, half of the ricotta blend, and a layer of mozzarella.
- Repeat the layering with another set of noodles, seafood, ricotta, and mozzarella.
- Top with remaining noodles, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden.
- Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use fresh seafood for the best flavor. You can assemble the lasagna a day in advance and bake it the next day.
