Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Honey
  • 3 large Eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the pie crust in a pie pan, crimping the edges.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Sift cornstarch over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until the center is set but has a slight jiggle.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate before serving.
