Description
Delightfully soft baked donuts flavored with chocolate, topped with melted chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the sugar, egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill the donut pan wells about three-quarters full with the batter.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool slightly, then dip the tops in melted chocolate and sprinkle with marshmallows and graham crackers.
- Toast the marshmallows if desired, then let the chocolate set before serving.
Notes
For a fluffier topping, use marshmallow fluff instead of mini marshmallows. For a less sweet version, opt for dark chocolate.
