- 4 Large Flour Tortillas
- 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Pepperoni, sliced
- 1/2 cup Bell Peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup Onions, diced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Italian Seasonings (oregano, basil)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 10 seconds on each side.
- Spread a couple of tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni and any diced veggies, taking care not to overstuff.
- Fold in the sides and roll from bottom to top, tucking snugly.
- Brush the top with olive oil and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
For a crisp finish, brush with olive oil before baking. Feel free to experiment with toppings based on your preferences.
