Description

Pizza burritos are a fun culinary mashup combining classic pizza flavors wrapped in a tortilla, perfect for movie nights or quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 Large Flour Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Bell Peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup Onions, diced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasonings (oregano, basil)


Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 10 seconds on each side.
  3. Spread a couple of tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add pepperoni and any diced veggies, taking care not to overstuff.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll from bottom to top, tucking snugly.
  7. Brush the top with olive oil and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

Notes

For a crisp finish, brush with olive oil before baking. Feel free to experiment with toppings based on your preferences.
