Description

A creamy, rich dessert that combines sweet and minty flavors, perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Candy Canes
  • Food Coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Baking Dish: Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate: Combine white chocolate chips and half of the sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
  3. Add Peppermint: Stir in half a teaspoon of peppermint extract and food coloring if desired.
  4. Melt the Semi-Sweet Chocolate: Repeat the melting process for semi-sweet chocolate chips and the remaining sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Create the Swirls: Spoon melted white chocolate mixture into the baking pan and top with semi-sweet chocolate mixture. Use a toothpick to swirl together.
  6. Add Crushed Candy Canes: Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
  7. Chill Until Set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm, then cut into squares.

Notes

Microwave in short intervals to prevent burning. Let fudge cool before cutting. Store in an airtight container.
