Description

A refreshing peach smoothie with ripe peaches, creamy yogurt, and a hint of sweetness, perfect for any time of the year.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup milk (almond, oat, or cow’s milk)
  • 1 handful of ice


Instructions

  1. Prepare your peaches by slicing and removing the pit if using fresh ones.
  2. In a blender, combine the peaches, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and milk.
  3. Add a handful of ice to the blender.
  4. Blend on high until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired, then blend again.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a chilled glass and enjoy!

Notes

Garnish with a slice of peach or mint. You can also add chia seeds or granola on top for extra crunch.
