A refreshing peach smoothie with ripe peaches, creamy yogurt, and a hint of sweetness, perfect for any time of the year.

- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup milk (almond, oat, or cow’s milk)
- 1 handful of ice
Instructions
- Prepare your peaches by slicing and removing the pit if using fresh ones.
- In a blender, combine the peaches, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and milk.
- Add a handful of ice to the blender.
- Blend on high until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired, then blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into a chilled glass and enjoy!
Notes
Garnish with a slice of peach or mint. You can also add chia seeds or granola on top for extra crunch.
