Description

Enjoy deliciously cooked peaches sautéed to caramelized perfection, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or nutmeg/vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or lime juice)


Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the peaches into wedges.
  2. Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the peach wedges, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized and soft.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice over the cooked peaches and mix.
