Description

A delicious twist on a favorite, featuring tender chicken smothered in a creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for any cozy dinner or gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season them with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and minced garlic until smooth.
  4. Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  5. In a separate bowl, place the breadcrumbs and dip each coated chicken breast in the breadcrumbs until well covered.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  7. Transfer the browned chicken to an oven-safe dish, and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes, slice, and serve with your choice of sides!

Notes

Pound the chicken for even cooking and use freshly grated cheese for the best melting results.
