- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 3 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season them with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- In a separate bowl, place the breadcrumbs and dip each coated chicken breast in the breadcrumbs until well covered.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer the browned chicken to an oven-safe dish, and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes, slice, and serve with your choice of sides!
Notes
Pound the chicken for even cooking and use freshly grated cheese for the best melting results.
