- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Toffee Bits
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the large eggs one at a time until well incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add this to the wet mixture and mix just until combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and toffee bits with a spatula.
- Scoop mounds of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is still soft.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for better flavor. Use quality chocolate for the best results.
