Description

Indulge in decadent Levain Bakery Chocolate Toffee Cookies that are crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, infused with rich chocolate and toffee pieces.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Toffee Bits
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the large eggs one at a time until well incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add this to the wet mixture and mix just until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and toffee bits with a spatula.
  6. Scoop mounds of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space in between.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is still soft.
  8. Let them cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for better flavor. Use quality chocolate for the best results.
