A creamy and cheesy casserole dish made with broccoli, cauliflower, and sausage, perfect for a keto diet.

- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
- 1 lb spicy Italian sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Wash and chop the broccoli and cauliflower.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat, add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and half the cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, sausage, and cheese sauce until well coated.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish, top with remaining cheddar cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

For a dairy-free option, use coconut cream and dairy-free cheese alternatives.
