Description

A quick and easy Juicy Chicken Breast recipe made in the air fryer that results in tender, flavorful chicken with a crispy outer layer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or Canola/Avocado oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika (can use smoked)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  2. Marinate: Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Cook: Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket with space between them. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Check for Doneness: Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Rest & Serve: Remove chicken and let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken longer if time allows. Ensure not to overcrowd the basket for even cooking.
