- 2 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or Canola/Avocado oil)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika (can use smoked)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- Marinate: Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook: Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket with space between them. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for Doneness: Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Rest & Serve: Remove chicken and let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the chicken longer if time allows. Ensure not to overcrowd the basket for even cooking.
