- 1 ½ cups graham crackers, crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 4 cups apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs, combine with melted butter, and press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- Prepare the apple filling by tossing the sliced apples with cinnamon and sugar.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, add the spiced apple filling, and top with the remaining cheesecake mix.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly, then sprinkle over the cheesecake.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool at room temperature before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and enjoy!
