- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over, making sure it’s well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden. Optionally, broil for the last 3-5 minutes for a crisp finish.
- Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
