- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Chop the bell peppers and onions into thin strips.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté for about 5-7 minutes until onions are translucent and peppers are tender.
- Reduce heat to low, layer provolone cheese over the beef and veggies, allowing it to melt.
- Load the beef and cheese mixture into the hoagie rolls and serve immediately.
