- 8 ounces lo mein noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat a drizzle of oil over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef, breaking it apart.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Toss in the cooked noodles along with soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing until everything is coated and heated through.
- Plate and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can substitute ground beef with turkey or tofu. Adjust vegetables based on availability.
