- 1 package of Red Velvet Oreos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Green sprinkles
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Parchment paper
Instructions
- Crush the Red Velvet Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by smashing them in a sealed bag.
- In a large bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Form about a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball and place on a plate lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the tray of balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, tapping off excess, and place back on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle green sprinkles on top while the chocolate is still wet.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker results.
