- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Salsa Verde
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Juice of 2 Limes
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts, salsa verde, olive oil, lime juice, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with extra salsa verde, on a bed of rice, in tacos, or with a fresh salad.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Always check the chicken’s doneness with a meat thermometer.
