Description

A delicious and easy-to-make grilled chicken dish marinated with a vibrant salsa verde for a flavorful summer meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Salsa Verde
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Juice of 2 Limes
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts, salsa verde, olive oil, lime juice, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. Serve with extra salsa verde, on a bed of rice, in tacos, or with a fresh salad.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Always check the chicken’s doneness with a meat thermometer.
