- 2 Ripe Bananas, sliced
- 4 slices Bread (white, whole wheat, or brioche)
- 2 tablespoons Butter, for grilling
- Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and slice the bananas into thick rounds.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place the bread butter-side down on the skillet until lightly toasted.
- Flip the bread and spread peanut butter on the unbuttered side, then add banana slices on top.
- Top with another slice of bread (buttered side out) and grill until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes each side.
- Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
