- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully cut the lobster tails down the middle with kitchen shears to expose the meat.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the lobster tails generously with the garlic butter mixture; drizzle any leftover butter over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
Use fresh lobster tails for the best flavor. A pinch of red pepper flakes can add extra zing.
