Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails (4 to 6 ounces each)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully cut the lobster tails down the middle with kitchen shears to expose the meat.
  3. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the lobster tails generously with the garlic butter mixture; drizzle any leftover butter over them.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

Use fresh lobster tails for the best flavor. A pinch of red pepper flakes can add extra zing.
