Description

Frosted coffee brownies blend the decadence of fudgy brownies with the aromatic essence of coffee, topped with a luscious frosting.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set it to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Butter: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then remove it from heat.
  3. Mix Sugars and Eggs: Stir in both sugars until combined, then beat in the eggs one by one, followed by the vanilla.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and instant coffee.
  5. Blend Wet and Dry: Gradually add the dry mix to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out slightly moist.
  7. Prepare Frosting: While cooling, mix powdered sugar, milk, and instant coffee until smooth and creamy.
