Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup olive oil (plus more for greasing and drizzling)
- Toppings (fresh herbs, flaky sea salt, cherry tomatoes)

- Cover the bowl with a towel and let it sit for 12 to 18 hours at room temperature.
- Generously oil a baking pan (9×13-inch or cast-iron skillet).
- Stretch the dough gently into the pan and cover again, letting it rest for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Poke dimples into the dough, drizzle more olive oil, and sprinkle toppings.
