Description

Delicious Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups filled with juicy steak, creamy cheese, and sautéed veggies, rolled up and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak (flank or sirloin)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
  • 1 bell pepper (red or green)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the beef against the grain.
  2. Sauté onions and bell peppers in a skillet until soft and caramelized, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the sliced beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until just cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with shredded cheese.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture on a slice of beef, add sautéed veggies, and roll tightly.
  6. Place roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
