- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate
- Sprinkles or edible decorations
- 1 cup coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, with a larger one for the body and a smaller one for the head.
- Chill truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and white chocolate in separate bowls.
- Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate and let the excess drip off.
- Before the chocolate hardens, add sprinkles, chocolate chips, and a piece of orange for decoration.
- Let them sit until fully set.
Notes
Chill truffles well before coating to prevent them from falling apart. Experiment with toppings for customization.
