- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Chop broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy and tender.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and lemon juice, then toss and serve warm.
