Instructions
- Prep the Zucchini: Wash the zucchinis well and slice them into thin rounds.
- Set Up Your Dredging Station: In one bowl, place flour, seasoned with salt and pepper. In another, whisk the eggs. In a third bowl, mix cornmeal with garlic powder and Parmesan.
- Coat the Zucchini: Dip each zucchini slice in flour, then egg, and finally coat with the cornmeal mixture.
- Heat the Oil: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
