- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch (or tapioca starch)
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar (or coconut sugar)
- Oil spray (olive oil or avocado oil)
Instructions
- Wash and slice the apples into fry-like pieces.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Dip apple slices into the mixture until well coated.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the apple fries in a single layer.
- Spray the tops lightly with oil.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Cool slightly before serving and enjoy with dips like caramel sauce or yogurt!
Notes
For best results, use fresh apples and cook in batches to avoid sogginess. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer.
