- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme), for garnish
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese and cream cheese. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle in honey and lemon juice. Pulse again until well mixed.
- Add cranberry sauce and pulse a few times to incorporate it without losing color.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed.
- Scoop into a serving bowl and top with fresh herbs for garnish.
Notes
Add a splash of milk or cream if the dip is too thick. Experiment with other fruits for flavor variations. Can be made a day in advance.
