Description

A creamy and tangy dip made with whipped feta cheese and sweet cranberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme), for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese and cream cheese. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
  2. Drizzle in honey and lemon juice. Pulse again until well mixed.
  3. Add cranberry sauce and pulse a few times to incorporate it without losing color.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed.
  5. Scoop into a serving bowl and top with fresh herbs for garnish.

Notes

Add a splash of milk or cream if the dip is too thick. Experiment with other fruits for flavor variations. Can be made a day in advance.
