Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or sliced)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
  • 8 oz brie cheese (soft and creamy)
  • 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread a generous layer of cranberry sauce over the base.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked chicken evenly over the cranberry sauce.
  5. Tear or slice the brie cheese into chunks and spread them out over the pizza.
  6. Scatter the thin slices of red onion across the top.
  7. Add fresh rosemary or thyme for an aromatic touch.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
