- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 and 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- 3/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until creamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, then gradually mix into the butter mixture.
- Gently fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool, then beat the cream cheese until smooth and mix in powdered sugar. Spread over the cooled bars.
- Garnish with extra dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
