Description

Delicious Cranberry Bliss Bars combining sweet white chocolate, tart cranberries, and creamy frosting, perfect for the holidays.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 and 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 3/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, then gradually mix into the butter mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool, then beat the cream cheese until smooth and mix in powdered sugar. Spread over the cooled bars.
  9. Garnish with extra dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
