- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup apples, diced
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 egg or flaxseed meal for vegan option
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, apples, oats, cinnamon, and your choice of sweetener until well mixed.
- Add the egg (or flaxseed mixture) and combine until everything is nicely mixed.
- Scoop mounds of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each bite.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving. Best enjoyed warm!
