Description

A creamy and tangy dip with fresh cranberries and a spicy kick from jalapenos, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 2 Jalapenos, chopped
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash cranberries, chop jalapeños and green onions.
  2. Mix Cream Cheese and Sour Cream: Soften cream cheese, then combine with sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add Cranberries and Jalapeños: Fold in cranberries and jalapeños into the creamy mixture.
  4. Season It Up: Add green onions, cilantro, and a pinch of salt and pepper; stir well.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  6. Serve: Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
