Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually stir into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and dried fruit gently.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
