- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
- 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 2 cups chow mein noodles or rolled oats
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the chow mein noodles (or oats) and mini marshmallows (if using) until everything is well coated.
- Use a spoon to drop small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, about a tablespoon in size.
- Place the baking sheet in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or until the treats are firm.
- Once hardened, grab a few and enjoy these sweet bites!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Optional mix-ins include nuts, dried fruits, or sea salt.
