Description

Delightful no-bake treats made with chocolate, peanut butter, and crunchy ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles or rolled oats
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the chow mein noodles (or oats) and mini marshmallows (if using) until everything is well coated.
  3. Use a spoon to drop small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, about a tablespoon in size.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or until the treats are firm.
  5. Once hardened, grab a few and enjoy these sweet bites!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Optional mix-ins include nuts, dried fruits, or sea salt.
