Ingredients

- 400g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 250g spaghetti or linguine
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Save a cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the prawns and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Sprinkle in chili flakes and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss with prawns. Stir in cherry tomatoes and add reserved pasta water as needed.
- Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley, and top with grated Parmesan if desired.
Notes
Use fresh prawns for the best flavor. Adjust the chili flakes according to your spice tolerance.
