A cozy and convenient meal that combines the classic flavors of chicken noodle soup in a ready-to-cook jar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dried egg noodles
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Layer the dried egg noodles at the bottom of the jar.
- Add the diced carrots and celery, followed by the dried herbs and bouillon cubes.
- Top with the cooked shredded chicken and seal the jar tightly.
- Store in a cool, dry place and use within three months.
- To prepare, pour contents into a pot, add 4 cups of water or broth, bring to a boil, then simmer until noodles are tender.
Notes
Use glass jars for best results. Don’t overpack the jar to allow for expansion while cooking.
