Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Slice the chicken and veggies, and have everything chopped and ready.
- Cook the Noodles: Boil the lo mein noodles as per the package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat oil and cook the chicken until golden brown. Remove from pan.
- Cook Your Veggies: In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant, then add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli, stir-frying until tender-crisp.
- Combine Everything: Add noodles and chicken back to the pan, pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss to coat and heat through.
- Garnish and Serve: Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand. Feel free to add any extra vegetables you have on hand.
