Description

A comforting stir-fried noodle dish with tender chicken and colorful vegetables, flavored with ginger, garlic, and soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast
  • Lo Mein Noodles
  • Bell Peppers
  • Carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Green Onions
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil


Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Slice the chicken and veggies, and have everything chopped and ready.
  2. Cook the Noodles: Boil the lo mein noodles as per the package directions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat oil and cook the chicken until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  4. Cook Your Veggies: In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant, then add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli, stir-frying until tender-crisp.
  5. Combine Everything: Add noodles and chicken back to the pan, pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss to coat and heat through.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand. Feel free to add any extra vegetables you have on hand.
