Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced Chicken Breast (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth (low-sodium recommended)
  • 2 cups Biscuit Mix (can be gluten-free)
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic Powder, to taste
  • Onion Powder, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Mix well and pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix and milk until just combined. Spoon this mixture over the chicken filling, spreading evenly.
  4. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until bubbly and the biscuit topping is golden brown.
