Description

A delicious and easy chicken cheesesteak skillet recipe filled with tender chicken, colorful bell peppers, and melted cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through (7-10 minutes).
  4. Stir in the sliced bell peppers and onion, cooking until soft (around 5 minutes).
