- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup provolone or cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through (7-10 minutes).
- Stir in the sliced bell peppers and onion, cooking until soft (around 5 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for an additional minute.
- Sprinkle cheese over the skillet and cover for a couple of minutes until melted and bubbly.
- Gently stir to combine and serve warm.
