Description

Deliciously soft, chewy cookies packed with sweet maple flavor, fragrant cinnamon, and creamy white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Mix in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.
  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Use a cookie scoop to portion out the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
