- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion out the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
