Ingredients

- Crunchy or soft taco shells
- 1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey (or plant-based alternatives)
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Pepper Jack)
- Toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, olives, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef (or turkey) over medium heat, drain excess fat, and stir in the taco seasoning.
- Place taco shells upright on a baking sheet. Fill each shell with seasoned meat and top generously with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the shells are golden.
- Remove from the oven and add your choice of toppings.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispy shells, pre-bake them for a few minutes before adding fillings.
