Delightfully cheesy green beans tossed in a garlic sauce, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse and trim the green beans.
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil, add green beans, and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender but crisp. Drain.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
- Lower heat, add cream cheese, stirring until smooth. Add milk if too thick.
- Toss in blanched green beans and half the cheddar, mixing to coat.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar on top and broil if desired for melted finish.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Add red pepper flakes for a kick. This dish can be prepped a day ahead and reheated.
