- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp chai spices (cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, allspice)
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the tart crust: Combine almond flour, brown sugar, and melted butter. Press into a tart pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
- Prepare the filling: Peel and slice pears, toss with brown sugar and chai spices.
- Assemble the tart: Layer the spiced pear slices on the baked crust.
- Make the crumble topping: Mix oats, almond flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over pears.
- Bake to perfection: Bake for another 25-30 minutes until golden brown and pears are tender.
- Chill: Let cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
