Ingredients

  • 8 oz Fettuccine Pasta
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz Lump Crab Meat
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Seafood: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Toss in the shrimp and crab, then sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the shrimp turns pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Make the Sauce: Lower the heat, and pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine Everything: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it gently with the seafood and creamy sauce. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
